Build their legacy

Selected participants will receive a Boston Globe Enhanced Death Notice, including custom layout in a print edition of the paper as well as digital placement in The Boston Globe and bostonglobe.com.

Participants will also receive a complimentary Chptr Memory Party—a one-hour remote video recording session with a storytelling expert who will guide you and up to four other participants through the process of turning your memories into stories to share.

This is a value of $750. After you fill out and submit the form below, you’ll receive an email if you are selected to participate.
